At the beginning of the story, a rabbit is shown eating cabbage in a bed of cabbage. When the owner comes and shoots the rabbit, the rabbit runs away and stops near a ditch on the road.
Arun is a blind pianist. They live alone. While they are looking for a new piano, they meet a girl named Sophie. Arun is going to play the piano at Sophie's restaurant. Sophie gets very close to them. One day, Mohan, who is a film star, comes to Sophie's restaurant. That's when Mohan catches Arun.
Mohan asks Arun to come to his house for his and his wife Simran's wedding anniversary. Arun goes to Mohan's house. But Mohan is not at home. Arun plays the piano. They are really lying. They look good. Arun sees that Mohan has been killed. Mohan is killed by Simran along with his crook Bobby. Bobby is a police officer. Sim Ran and Bobby are suspicious of Arun.
One time Bobby tries to kill Arun. But they survive. Next time Simran comes to Arun's house and gives Arun prasad to eat. Sophie gets to know Arun's truth and leaves Arun. Arun leaves the village and comes back to save Mohan's daughter Pavitra from Simran.
At that time, Arun gets hit by an auto. An older sister and a younger brother together take Arun to Docta Sami to sell Arun's kidneys. They promised them two crores and saved themselves from trying to buy kidneys. Together with that sister and brother, Arun kidnaps Sim Ran. Doc is trying to take Simran's liver. Doc takes Arun with Sim Ranwat in the trunk of the car.
On the way, Sim Ran kills Doc and goes with them in the car. Sim Ran is brought down by Arun and turns around to hit Arun. But as shown in the beginning of the story, the rabbit jumps across the road at the sound of the hunter's gunshot and hits Sim Ran's car. The vehicle goes out of control and causes an accident. Sophie learns the truth and forgives Arun.
